Israel Lean Enterprise

The Israel Lean Enterprise (ILE) will establish core training Lean introductory seminar aimed to educated, coach and train Lean transformation activists from the ILP and independent consultants who would like to become qualified Lean masters.  ILE is focus its effort at the executive level with the aim to develop the global leaders.  The institute is offering practitioners and experts visiting workshop sharing theirs Lean Transformation experience in a series of meeting with leading Banking financial, and insurance institutes.

Value-Stream Improvement Workshop for Office and Service ›

Introduction to the fundamentals of value-stream mapping and managing value-stream improvement projects.  Participants are taught to scope and run value stream improvement projects in an office and service environment

• Understanding of the VSM methodology
• Teaching the project team how to define and scope projects tied to business performance and objectives
• Development of the current-state map for the JaxTax case study
