Leadership
Masia Goodman, Operations Manager
Masia joined Lean Enterprise Institute in 2006. After contributing to each of LEI’s value-streams and increasing her knowledge of lean concepts and methods for nearly two years, she now dedicates the majority of her time to serving as Operations Manager of the Lean Global Network. Masia comes to LEI with three years of curriculum development experience, having taught French and Comparative World Religions. These experiences, along with living and studying in Belgium, India, and Australia, reflect Masia’s enthusiasm for serving an international community. Masia holds a Bachelors degree in Religious Studies from Skidmore College.
