Norman Faull, Managing Director

Norman Faull was among the first wave of researchers in South Africa to introduce innovative manufacturing and supply chain efficiency concepts, such as lean manufacturing, into the country. He is currently a professor of business administration at UCT Graduate School of Business in Cape Town, South Africa.

Lean Summit Africa 2010 ›

The Summit is designed to promote the adoption of Lean as a means of improving product and service delivery while reducing cost in any organisation. Among the notable speakers at the Summit are:

· John Shook, world renowned Lean author;
· Chris Vogel, Wells Fargo Bank, USA;
· Dr. René Aernoudts, Lean Management Institute, Netherlands.

Following on from the success at the 2009 Lean Summit Africa specialised sessions will follow on from plenary sessions from leading organisations. Each will give the “big picture view” of their lean journey in a plenary, with breakout sessions providing details of the why, how and when.
